We are excited that you are interested in volunteering with the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri. Please take a moment to fill out the volunteer form. Forms must be filled out prior to attending the orientation and are valid for 3 months.
For Junior Volunteers attending with their parent or guardian, each person attending the orientation will need to fill out a form.
Needing court-ordered community service hours? If you need community service that is court-appointed, requested by your lawyer, or for any legal reason, you must be assigned to our facility through the Community Alternative Sentencing Program (CASP). Please do not fill out this form, but instead, contact CASP directly for more information.
