Please fill out the adoption application below and a staff member will contact you to let you know if your application has been approved. If you are interested in meeting more than one dog, you may list multiple names on one application. Applications are valid for up to 6 months after they are approved.
In order to be considered for an adoption, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid photo ID present
Have the knowledge and consent of all adults living in your household
All pets currently living in the household must be up-to-date on their rabies vaccine
*Please note that filling out an application does not guarantee an adoption. Our adoptions are first come, first served with an approved application. We cannot guarantee that the dog you are interested in adopting will still be available a day or a week from now.
