JOB SUMMARY: Maintained daily admin operations for non-profit office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support to the HSSWMO’s team including, but not limited to:
Enter donor information into donor database, provide reports as needed.
Office supply and shelter supply procurement and ordering facility supplies
Perform other duties as required/requested to insure a positive public image, the well-being of animals, and to improve the functioning of this organization
Implement new administration policies and procedures for the shelter
AP and payroll
Accounting duties
Some HR duties
Maintain facilities, Insurances and vehicle maintenance
Ensure that required knowledge is met and maintained:
Have an advanced working knowledge of:
Accounting software (QuickBooks) Preferred
Develop an advanced working knowledge of:
Animal database software (PetPoint)
Donor database software (Flipcause)
