Over the years, thousands of homeless dogs and cats have found refuge at the Humane Society where great effort was made to find them new families. Still today, we receive no monetary help from federal, state, or local government agencies. Nor do we receive funds from other humane societies.
You can help give animals a second chance at a permanent home by making a donation. Donation - Donations will be used to provide shelter, food, and medical care for the thousands of animals that enter our shelter each year. In Memory* - Gifts made in memory or honor of a loved one or pet, help thousands of area homeless animals find loving, permanent homes. Spay/Neuter Sponsorship- Donate all or part of the cost of the low-cost spay/neuter certificate for the pet of a deserving low-income family. (Certificate cost - $30 - $50) Adoption Sponsorhip - Help an animal find a permanent home by sponsoring all or part of the adoption fee. (Adoption fee - $65 - $75) Animal Relief Fund - The Community Foundation manages the Southwest Missouri Humane Society Animal Relief Fund for the care of injured, abused, or abandoned animals. Please consider helping these animals in distress. New Building - Please consider contributing to the construction of a state-of-the-art animal care center and spay/neuter clinic for southwest Missouri. Donations can be made easily through PayPal.
